We ship via UPS or USPS depending on the size and weight of your order and the destination. We only ship to US destinations.
Due to rapidly changing inventory, an item may be out of stock even though the website indicates it is available. If for some reason your item is not available or on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail.
You may return any item which is defective or damaged during shipping within two weeks of receipt. Please contact us immediately if your item did not arrive in perfect condition. Your account will be credited after the item has been inspected. All returns must include the original packaging. Your account will be credited for the return shipping only if a mistake was made on our part or the item was defective. We must approve all returned merchandise before it is shipped back to us. If an item is returned to us without prior approval, we reserve the right to decline your refund.
If an item is returned at any time without the original packaging or has been used, no refund or credit will be issued. We reserve the right to inspect all returns. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to reflect on your account. Special orders and sale items may not be returned. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice/packing slip along with your return or exchange. Please email us before requesting an exchange so that we can reserve your replacement item while awaiting the return of your original purchase. Items returned because of an incorrect address, and needing to be reshipped, will be charged additional shipping fees.
